We built a deep learning model using data generated in an induced hypoxemia study to demonstrate an overall MAE = 5.00% SpO2 while identifying positive cases of low SpO2 < 90% with 81% sensitivity and 79% specificity.
Passive, non-destructive sensing of viral presence on existing urban transit infrastructure is possible. Existing metro transit infrastructure can be used for viral surveillance.
